A fourth generation farm committed to raising high-quality beef with integrity and care.
The Kukuczka family farm was established in the early 1900s in central Wisconsin, and it’s been in continuous operation ever since. In the 1950s, Paul Kukuczka purchased the dairy farm from his in-laws and spent decades milking over 100 cows, hauling milk, and raising his five children on the land.

In 1989, Paul’s son Randy and his wife Mary Kay took over the farm. By 2000, they transitioned to beef and crop farming, starting with just 40 cow-calf pairs. While raising their three children Austin, Curtis, and Allie, the farm remained a family-centered operation, rooted in hard work and tradition.
From 2010 to 2018, Randy and his son Austin worked side by side to expand the farm. In 2018, Austin became a full-time partner, and together they’ve grown Kukuczka Beef into a thriving operation, feeding over 500 cattle and farming more than 1,000 acres throughout the Wausau area.
Today, Kukuczka Beef is proud to raise high-quality local beef, grown from the ground up, starting with the feed we produce right here on the farm. We're committed to honest practices, hands-on care, and producing beef you’ll be proud to serve your family.
